Shipping policy

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number that can be used to track your package all the way to your door.

Pre-Sale

Please allow three weeks for orders to process and ship from the date of purchase. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. If you have questions regarding your order, please reach out with your order confirmation number to portal@xdclub.us.

Domestic Shipments

Delivery is by USPS Ground. Delivery time is between 1–5 business days.

International Shipments

Standard Delivery is through USPS and includes tracking. Delivery time is 5–7 business days. All international shipments will require signature upon delivery.

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final, however size exchanges will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received. Upon return, store credit will be issued, excluding any shipping costs. No refunds are accepted. For any questions about returns/exchanges, please contact portal@xdclub.us.
